Chunky Move

One of my favorite finds from a while back. Chunky Move is an Australian dance company based in Melbourne and their use of projection is quite simply – astounding. This excerpt from a piece called “Mortal Engine” is exactly what I’m talking about. The motion tracking software/hardware combination is called Kalypso and Eyecon, which is developed by Frieder Wiess.  I would jump at the chance to see this live, but something tells me it’ll be a while.  The following Youtube material is courtesy of frieder77 (I would assume Frieder Wiess).
